the Royal Trekking you can observe different People and Typical settlement of Nepal Hilly region with Brahmins, Chhetris, Gurungs,
and Magars. Royal trekking is good for those people who like less
tourist. You can follow in the footsteps of Royalty with the Siklish
or Royal Trek that was walked by the Prince of Wales himself. This
pleasant trek starts outside of Pokhara at Bijaypur Khola. The trail
takes us to a beautiful village and then to beautiful Himalayas
views of Machhapuchre, Annapurna, and Lamjung. The Royal trek
generally consume around 4 to 5 days but we can make even long best

Details Itineraries of Royal Trek
- Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Arrive in
Kathmandu airport and we will meet and transferred to hotel. Evening
time explore Thamel yourself and overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
- Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek Preparation
After
breakfast, start sightseeing covering the UNESCO World Heritage sites
in Kathmandu, which are Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath
Stupa. Kathmandu Durbar Square area holds the palaces of the medieval
Kings who ruled over the Kathmandu Kingdom. Swayambhu meaning the
“the self-existent” is popular among the foreigners as Monkey
Temple owing to the large number of monkey population residing in
this area. It is said that Swayambhunath Stupa is more than 2,000
years old, and it symbolizes knowledge. The painted eyes on all four
sides symbolize the all-seeing power of Buddha. It is an important
Buddhist place where pilgrims from all over the world come. In the
afternoon you will get short briefing and discussion regarding your
trek.
- Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara (800m) 6hrs
- Distance 200kms – Approximately 6 Hours Drive
Early
morning after breakfast, drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu (200km) via
Prithvi Highway, takes 6hrs approximately (option to fly from
Kathmandu to Pokhara, takes extra cost). Along the way we will stop
in scenic spots, for lunch and to get fresh as well, en-route we see
more about countryside of Nepal that offers greenery, rivers, local
villages, farm lands and beautiful mountain scenarios. In the
evening, you have option to stroll around the Phewa Lake and local
market in Pokhara..
- Day 04 : Pokhara to Kalikasthan Driving duration: 1 to 2 hours Hiking duration: 3 to 4 hours
The journey starts with a short drive up to the village of
Vijayapur- starting point.The trails starts off through flat rice
fields and then climb through Rakhi gaon to a Chautara and gradually
ascends along a ridge top taking through Brahmin villages until you
reach Kalikasthan where you will spending the night. The place
offers exquisite views of mountains and Pokhara city.
- Day 05 : Kalikathan to Syanklung (1730m) Hiking duration: 3 to 4 hours
The trail
starts along a forested ridge, passing Thulokot and then onto Mati
Thana. You can stop over for lunch in this village as there are few
teashops open. Then the trail starts to gradually ascend to Naudanda,
and continues until you reach the Gurung village of Shanklung where
you will be spending the night. During the trek we will be walking on
the ridge of the mountain which offers a decent view of Annapurna and
Lamjung Himal.
- Day 06: Syanklung to Chisopani (2300m) Hiking duration: 3 to 4 hours
The
Himalayan skyline changes as the route taken will be shrouded by
mountains like Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal, Manasulu and Himalchuli.
The trail descends steeply to the south side of the hill passing by
an ancient tree with a chautara (stone platform), several tea shops
and a police check post. From there, you will proceed on, following
the Royal Trek route and ascend to Chisopani (coldwater) where you
will be spending the night. There is a temple located on a high knoll
above the village. The place offers splendid views of the mountains
in the vicinity.
- Day 07 : Chisopani to Pokhara (884m) Hiking duration: 3 to 4 hours
You will
start off by descending down a ridge and stone steps which leads you
into a small valley. Continuing along the Royal trek stream, you will
pass through a rice field and then make a final ascent to the ridge
that separates Begnas Tal and Rupa Tal. The route to the Begnas
Bazaar and onto Pokhara is a wide path that is frequently used by
local people. Spending another night in Pokhara will give you an
opportunity to explore around.
- Day 08 : Pokhara Free day
After finish trekking
pokhara is a really nice places for chill out , pokhara is very
popular for paragliding so suggest for that and you can enjoy the
boat ride in phewa lake which is beautiful lake in Nepal or if
you like to do city tour we can do city tour and visit most popular
places like Bindivashini Temple , Devi's Fall Gupteshwor cave ,
Tibetan refugee camp , Mountain museum old Bazaar Etc , in evening if
you are interested for shopping it a best places for shopping
- Day 09: Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, drive
from Pokhara to Kathmandu(200km/6-7hrs). we can enjoy the diverse
landscape and scenery en-route. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will
be transferred to your hotel.
- Day 10 : Departure
You will be transfer to
the International airport by Private vehicle according to your flight
schedule.
